Ms. Forshee is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Property Solutions. Ms. Forshee is a graduate from Sam Houston State University and Delta Tau Alpha National Honor Society. She has over 25 years of experience in property management. She has served on the Houston Apartment Association Board of Directors, the Political Action Steering Committee and the Fair Housing Committee. She has also served as a National Apartment Association Delegate. She helped found and currently serves as President for the Grateful Americans Charity, aimed at helping combat Veterans suffering from PTSD rebuild their lives.

Ms. Forshee served as Chief Operating Officer for Gross Investments, a development and property management company. Her experience included reviewing the logistics of proposed development sites, underwriting, determining preferred unit mix, amenity offering, and product type. She oversaw the final construction punch team and ultimately positioned the property for permanent financing or sale. In 2006, she packaged and negotiated the sale of the Gross Portfolio of Properties leading to its acquisition by TVO North America and, thus, her subsequent employment. At TVO, Ms. Forshee served as Chief Operating Officer managing both the fee and owner-managed properties for private and institutional owners. Ms. Forshee oversaw the start-up of TVO Europe in the Czech Republic, and in 2010 she founded Catalyst Property Solutions.

Ms. Forshee's experience also includes HOA management, property acquisitions, overseeing property lease-up strategies, supervision of property renovations along with settling insurance claims ranging from $50,000 to $10,000,000 in restoration estimates. She has worked with clients and investors to position properties for the best possible sale in all property class types, including condominium conversions. Ms. Forshee also serves as a court-appointed Receiver, thereby preserving asset value, restoring tenant living conditions, and repositioning properties across the country. Ms. Forshee believes in doing what is right, not what is easy.
