Evan Williams

Evan Williams is an experienced customer success professional currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Success & Support at Bitly since February 2024. With a strong background in customer success roles, Evan also acts as a Strategic Advisor and Fractional VP of Customer Success for Growth Molecules, LLC, and is a Customer Success Coach with Catalyst Software, where coaching sessions are provided to aspiring leaders. Additional contributions include mentoring for the Essentials Accelerator by Gainsight and previously serving as Director of Customer Success at Nightfall AI. While at Mavenlink, Evan was recognized as a 2019 Top Performer and led teams to enhance client health and retention.
