Michael Dunford has an extensive work experience in the corporate real estate and sales industries. Michael started their career in 2005 as a Production Assistant at MGA Interiors and Graphics. Michael then moved to Crate & Barrel where they held positions as a Sales Representative and Sales Manager from 2007 to 2013. In 2013, Dunford became an Account Manager at MBI Seattle and Business Development Manager at Primate Inc. Michael then joined Facilitec, Inc. as an Account Executive in 2014 and Haworth as a Business Development Executive in 2015. In 2017, Dunford served as both the Board of Directors and President of the Board of Directors for the CoreNet Global Washington State Chapter. In 2019, they became the Territory Sales Manager for Haworth in WA and OR, and the Business Development Manager for PeopleSpace. Currently, Dunford is the Strategic Marketing Manager at Catalyst Workplace Activation.

Michael Dunford attended South Mountain Community College from 2000 to 2002 and Arizona State University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Sculpture. Michael also holds several certifications, including Loyal Member from CoreNet Global (obtained in July 2022), Storytelling For Influence from IDEO U (obtained in May 2022), Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U (obtained in March 2022), From Ideas to Action from IDEO U (obtained in February 2022), Insights For Innovation from IDEO U (obtained in December 2021), and CoreNet Global Chapter Leaders from CoreNet Global (obtained in September 2021).
