Alison Braman

Alison Braman serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hilti North America since July 2019. In addition to this role, Alison is a member of the Board of Directors for CHC: Creating Healthier Communities and an Advisory Board Member at Catalyst Inc. Previous experience includes serving as HR Director for Hilti Group, where responsibilities encompassed business units related to Performance Tools & Accessories, Diamond, and Measuring. Prior to joining Hilti, Alison spent nearly eight years at The Home Depot, where roles included Regional Director of Human Resources and District Human Resources Manager, overseeing a substantial workforce across multiple regions. Alison began career in HR at A&A Cottages, Inc. as Program Director. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
