Caitlin Kevins

Caitlin Kevins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation Partnership at Catalyst Inc. since 2019, Caitlin leads a team focused on developing inclusive strategies and promoting the MARC initiative to engage men as advocates for gender partnership. Previous roles include Director of Client Partnership at Walter P Moore, Vice President at WPM Engineering, and Senior Project Director at Thornton Tomasetti, where Caitlin managed a variety of large-scale engineering projects. Additionally, a consultant role at Munich Re involved collaboration among underwriting, claims, and risk management teams. Caitlin holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Columbia University.
