Mirae Baik

Mirae Baik is the Director for Global Corporate Engagement and responsible for supporting global corporate Supporters of Catalyst and assisting them in creating more inclusive workplaces.

Prior to joining Catalyst, Mirae was Manager for Global Talent Initiatives at Asia Society. Mirae has experience working on programs for promoting Asian Pacific Americans and Asian talent into senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies. In this position, she hosted annual conferences, awards, diversity councils, ERG roundtables, and networking events.

Mirae holds a BA from the Ohio State University and an MIA from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.
