Nic Brassey

Nic Brassey currently serves as the SVP of Global Talent, Learning & Leadership Development at Otis Elevator Co., beginning in September 2023. Prior to this role, Nic held the position of VP of People Experience Technology at Amazon from November 2021 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as CHRO of Ahold Delhaize Europe Indonesia and SVP HR from January 2015 to November 2021, and various leadership roles at Unilever from 2004 to 2014. Nic holds advisory board positions at Catalyst Inc. and Nyenrode Business University. Educational credentials include programs at Harvard Business School and a degree from the University of Cape Town.
