Louise Montague

Louise Montague has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as a volunteer at CESO|SACO since June 2013, Louise previously held the position of Chairperson of the Board at Westwind Forest Stewardship Inc from July 2008 to October 2019, where governance practices were enhanced and a performance management system was implemented. Louise also chaired the Finance Committee for Seguin Township from September 2015 to September 2019, and led the Toronto Finnish Credit Union as Chairperson of the Board from January 2002 to December 2008, where significant changes in human resources and branch operations increased profitability. In a prior role as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at Canada Investment and Savings, part of the Federal Department of Finance from June 1996 to December 2008, Louise contributed to revitalizing a government brand and establishing a high-performance sales culture that significantly improved sales outcomes.
