Debbie Monsen

Debbie Monsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Debbie is currently working at CatalystOne Solutions since September 2021 as a Security Lead. Prior to this role, they worked as a Security Analyst at the same company from November 2019 to September 2021.

Before joining CatalystOne Solutions, Debbie worked at Sandefjord kommune from April 2017 to November 2019 in the role of a PA. Prior to that, they served as a Research Assistant at Graminor from February 2011 to June 2012.

Debbie also has experience working in the public sector. Debbie worked at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment as an Account Manager from March 2010 to December 2010. Prior to that, they served as a Recovery Officer at Newcastle City Council from August 2006 to February 2010.

Debbie's early career includes working internationally. Debbie worked at the UK Department for International Trade (DIT) Baltic Investment Team as an Estate and Facilities Administrator from December 2000 to June 2004.

Throughout their career, Debbie Monsen has gained expertise in various roles, including security, administration, research assistance, and account management.

Debbie Monsen graduated from Northumbria University with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Criminology, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. In 2012 to 2013, they attended TAFE NSW and obtained a Certificate IV in Human Resources. Debbie also holds additional certifications in the field of IT security and cloud computing, including the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals obtained in May 2021, and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals obtained in August 2020.
