Jan Lisby

Jan Lisby has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jan started as an Elev at vestjyskBANK in 1995 and worked their way up to become an Erhvervsrådgiver. In 2006, they transitioned to Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenter as a Chefkonsulent. Later, they joined vestjyskBANK again and served as both HR Konsulent and HR Chef. In 2013, they moved to Azets as a Seniorkonsulent, where they worked until the end of 2019. Most recently, they are employed at CatalystOne Solutions as an HR Consultant & Project Manager.

Jan Lisby has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Aarhus University, where they obtained a degree in HD(O) with a focus on strategi, organisation og ledelse. In 2009, Jan enrolled at Think About It and obtained a degree in Enneagram Practioner, specializing in personal development. Jan also completed an ICC coachuddannelse at Capacent People in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Jan acquired several certifications. In 2010, they obtained a certification in 16PF from OPP Denmark A/S. In the same year, they also acquired certifications in Enneagram Practioner from Think About It, Valby and in ICC Coach from Capacent People. In 2009, Jan obtained a certification in KulturOceanet from Kommitment ApS. Jan also obtained certifications in MBTI, trin 1 from OPP Denmark A/S in 2008, and in DISC Personprofil from Discover and Garuda Kompetenceprofil from Garuda A/S in 2007.
