Jennika Levin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jennika began their career as an HR Consultant at REC ScanCell, Scandinavia's only solar cell company, where they gained extensive experience in recruitment, employee management, and organizational changes. Jennika then moved on to work as an HR staff member at Fürst Medisinsk Laboratorium, where they focused on establishing efficient HR administration systems.

In 2013, Jennika joined Nexans Norway AS as an HR Consultant, specializing in areas such as employee training, employer branding, and general HR administration. Following this, they joined CatalystOne Solutions in 2014 and held multiple roles, including Consultant & Project Manager and Product Manager. In these positions, they played a crucial role in delivering new software functionalities and managing development teams. Jennika eventually became the VP of Product Management, responsible for a team of 13 and overseeing the successful release of 3-4 product updates annually.

Throughout their career, Jennika has also served on the boards of Gobi Technologies AS and RAYVN - Critical Event Management, demonstrating their expertise in strategic decision-making and governance. Jennika Levin completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from Södertörn University, during the period from 2000 to 2004. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Lofoten folkehøgskole, where they studied Photography. Additionally, in 1997, they briefly studied Art History at Stockholm University, and in 1998, they pursued Political Science at Mid Sweden University. In 2011, Jennika enrolled at NKS Nettstudier to study HR Strategy, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from that institution.
