Kaia Kathrine Just Staubo

Kaia Kathrine Just Staubo has a diverse work experience. Kaia Kathrine started working at Jaguar Land Rover in 2014, where they held roles as a Design Financial Lead Advisor and Business Development Analyst. In these positions, they played a key role in driving organizational change, championing projects such as Working Smarter and stress management. Kaia Kathrine also managed process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy in headcount analysis. In 2018, Kaia moved to Aubay Italia, where they worked as an SAP HR Consultant. Kaia Kathrine collaborated closely with clients to implement HCM solutions tailored to their needs and completed large HR transformations in Luxembourg, North America, and the UK. Most recently, in 2020, they joined CatalystOne Solutions as a Project Manager and HR Consultant.

Kaia Kathrine Just Staubo attended the Nottingham University Business School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Organisational Behaviour, focusing on Organizational Behavior Studies.
