Karolina Gardner Lloyd

Karolina Gardner Lloyd has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Butikssäljare at Party Store for two years. In 2005, they briefly worked as a Montör at Grindex AB before moving on to Adecco Sverige, where they served as a Registrerare. Following this, they worked as an Au Pair at InterExchange for a year.

In 2007, Karolina joined Manpower Sweden as an Ambulerande medarbetare before taking up a role as a Registration administrator at Academic Search International for a short period. In 2008, they became the Payroll and administration manager at StudentConsulting Norge AS. Karolina Gardner'sresponsibilities included managing payroll and various administrative tasks.

Karolina's next significant role came in 2011 when they became a Consultant at Bluegarden Norge. Karolina Gardner implemented payroll and HR systems for international customers and collaborated with ADP Streamline in Barcelona. Karolina Gardner also began a new team that handled payroll services for international clients, adapting their processes and producing salaries and reports according to Norwegian laws.

From 2018 to 2022, Karolina worked at Visma as a Senior Consultant. Karolina Gardner'srole included being a system consultant for Visma Multi, a payroll and HR cloud solution. Karolina Gardner implemented digital services, managed setup and troubleshooting for large employers, and facilitated meetings, trainings, and workshops. Karolina also found solutions that streamlined business processes through digitalization, automation, and robotization.

Currently, Karolina is serving as a Consultant and Project Manager at CatalystOne Solutions, starting in 2022.

Karolina Gardner Lloyd attended Stockholm University in 2007, where they studied Business Administration and Information Technology. Later that same year, they enrolled in the University Program for Au Pairs at LIU Post. From 2002 to 2005, Karolina studied at Fria Gymnasieskolan i Haninge, where they obtained a degree in Gymnasieekonom with a focus on the Samhällsvetenskapligt program med ekonomisk inriktning. Prior to that, they attended Haninge Musikklasser from 1998 to 2002, but their field of study and degree are unknown for this institution.
