Mikael Karlsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mikael began their career at Grans Bryggeri AS in 1998, where they worked as a Line Manager and Production Worker until 2002. Mikael then joined Bluecom A/S in 2003 as a Customer Services Agent, specializing in difficult customer cases and troubleshooting complex issues. In 2006, Mikael joined Nettkompetanse AS as a Customer Services and Support Manager, responsible for IT support, network and Windows Q&A, invoice handling, and other administrative tasks. In 2009, they moved to Nordic PP Group as a Contract Coordinator in Administration. Currently, Mikael is working at CatalystOne Solutions, where they started in 2012 as a Senior Support Engineer and is currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Mikael Karlsen attended Sandefjord Handelsskole from 1993 to 1995, where they completed vk 1 og 2 in the field of study of Regnskap (Accounting).
