Renate Viken

Renate Viken has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2008, they worked as a GIS project-Consultant at MapSolutions for a few months. Renate then transitioned to Monster Worldwide Norway AS, where they held the positions of Client Service Representative and later Account Manager. In 2011, they joined Dfind IT as a Business Manager. From 2012 to 2017, Renate worked at Aditro as an HR Consultant, assisting clients with HR, payroll, and finance administration. In 2017, they became a Senior IT Consultant at Varner, a large fashion conglomerate, focusing on technical infrastructure and IT solutions for HR. Renate then joined CatalystOne Solutions in 2018, initially as a Project Manager and HR Consultant, and currently as a Customer Onboarding Solution lead.

Renate Viken completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Geography at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they took a language course in Portuguese at the University of Lisbon. Additionally, they pursued a one-year study in Development studies and environment at the University of Newcastle in 2004-2005.
