Robert Kolås has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert began their career at Teleperformance Nordic in 2008, where they worked as a Customer Support representative. Robert also took on the role of Teamleader Trainee during their time there. In 2012, they interned at Protekt IT as an IT Consultant and had a part-time job. After that, they joined Applespesialisten.no as a Technician from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they served as a Store Manager at APPLESpesialisten from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at CatalystOne Solutions, starting as an IT Support Engineer in 2018, then transitioning to an Operations Engineer in 2019, and finally assuming the position of Site Reliability Engineer since September 2021. Robert Kolås' experience includes customer support, team leadership, IT consulting, and various technical roles.
Robert Kolås obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of South-Eastern Norway between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Arbeiderbevegelsens Folkehøyskole i Ringsaker from 2005 to 2006, where they pursued a Folkehøyskole in Grafisk Design og fotojournalistikk. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in October 2020.
