Carolina Schneider, MBA

Carolina Schneider, MBA, has a wealth of work experience. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Customer Success at CatalystXL, where they are responsible for managing and supporting Global & National enterprise level clients through the post-sales customer lifecycle. In 2020, they began working as a Consultant Tri-Sector Strategy (Pro-Bono) in Partnership with New Impact, where they leveraged a tri-sector mindset/process/toolkit to identify who had a connection with the problem, what were the aligned interests, and what resources were available and could be repurposed. In 2017, they began working as the Manager Supply Chain Development at Supply Technologies, where they were responsible for designing, driving, and supporting the delivery of the CI vision. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as the Senior Internal Auditor at Park Ohio Industries, where they planned and executed SOX audits and provided executive summary reports. From 2007 to 2009, they held various roles at the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), including President of the Cleveland Chapter and VP of Finance and Treasurer. In 2009, they were part of the Class 2010 at Leadership Cleveland. In 2008, they were President of the Cleveland Chapter at Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT). Finally, from 2004 to 2003, they worked as International Finance and Logistics Manager at Premier Farnell - TPC Wire and Cable Div- and International Account Manager at Lincoln Electric, respectively.
