Justin R. began their professional career in 2004 as a Technology Consultant at Studio D for Best Buy. Justin then moved on to become the Owner/Graphic Designer/Photographer for JUSTIN KEMPIAK DESIGN in 2006. In 2007, they took on the role of Marketing Specialist/Campus Representative for Apple. In 2008, they founded and became the Managing Partner of ACAPELLA MEDIA LLC. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Social Media Professor for Lewis University. In 2017, they took on the role of Technical Product Manager for Avant. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Product for CatalystXL.

Justin R. began their educational journey in 2002 at St. Norbert College, but did not complete a degree there. Justin then transferred to Lewis University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004-2008 in Marketing, Technology, Design, and Music. After that, they continued their studies at Lewis University and obtained an MBA in Ebusiness/Project Management in 2008-2010.
