We focus on the how: how to align vision with strategy. How to turn systems thinking into organizational action. How to lead transformation when the path isn't clear.

We work with foundations, impact investors, climate organizations, and social change leaders who are serious about solutions at the scale of the problem.

What we do: We take on strategic projects at the intersection of systems change, organizational development, and movement building. Our work includes developing new narratives, building systems change capacity, supporting leadership teams through organizational transformation, and designing strategies for cross-movement power.

We develop three capacities in the organizations we work with: new social imaginaries (expanding what's possible), systems change fluency (understanding leverage points), and leadership skills (the capacity to act on both).

We work where the stakes are high and the path isn't clear – alongside organizations committed to building both the vision and the capacity for solutions at the scale of the problem.
