Courtney Donlan began their career in 2006 as a Registered Investment Associate at UBS Wealth Management. Courtney then moved to Morgan Stanley in 2010, where they held the role of Senior Registered Investment Associate. In 2015, Donlan became the Director at Beautycounter, where they inspired, encouraged, empowered and led their team of consultants across the US and Canada, teaching them how to build a residual income utilizing the Direct Retail channel of distribution. In 2017, they were appointed Head of Business Operations at Catalytic Data Science, where they were responsible for providing researchers with the best digital tools and networking them with colleagues.
