Dennis Mehay

Dennis Mehay began their career in 2005 as a PhD Student (Computational Linguistics) at The Ohio State University. Dennis then moved on to become a Postdoctoral Researcher at the same university before joining Raytheon BBN Technologies as a Research Scientist in 2012. In 2015, they joined Catalytic DS, Inc as a Data Scientist and Senior Engineer: NLP, Machine Learning and Search.

Dennis Mehay began their education in 1995, when they attended Indiana University Bloomington and obtained a B.A. in French and Philosophy. Dennis continued their studies at the same institution from 1999 to 2001, earning an M.A. in Analytic Philosophy. Dennis then moved to KU Leuven, where they obtained an M.A.I. in Artificial Intelligence (Language Technologies) in 2004. Finally, they attended The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2012, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Linguistics. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Deep Learning from Coursera.
