Catalytic Foundation connects generosity with community need.

We work with businesses, donors and philanthropic partners to strengthen the capability of community charities and support the vital work they do across Aotearoa.

With over 50 years of experience in the community sector, we bring deep knowledge, trusted relationships and insight to ensure resources are invested where they are needed most, helping organisations grow their impact and create lasting social and environmental change.

Catalytic Foundation was formerly United Way New Zealand, part of the global United Way network, giving us strong international roots and a long-standing reputation for trusted philanthropy.
