Doug Findlay

Doug Findlay is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in market research and consumer insights across various industries. As the Commercial Director at Catalyx since March 2025, Doug has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Zappi, where leadership of the strategic account sales team resulted in business expansion in EMEA and APAC regions. Prior to Zappi, Doug served as Global Account Director at Symrise AG, and held senior positions at MMR Research Worldwide and Ipsos MORI, focusing on innovation and customer research. Additional experience includes leading key accounts at Kantar and various consumer insight roles at Diageo, where market opportunity identification and trends played a crucial role. Doug's career commenced at Research International, where expertise in market research was further developed. Doug holds a BSc in Business, Economics and Accounting from the University of Southampton.
