Jared Haines

Jared Haines is a seasoned executive in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in solar energy development and business management. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Project and Business Development at Catalyze since October 2021, Jared focuses on co-developing and acquiring solar and storage opportunities, particularly in the New York Metro area. As Principal at HG Solar since December 2016, Jared oversees EPC services and PPA financing for solar projects, primarily in Puerto Rico. Previously, Jared held key roles at NextEra Energy Resources as Head of Origination for the East Coast and Caribbean, and as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at RGS Energy. Jared co-founded Mercury Solar Systems in 2006, serving as President until its merger with RGS Energy. Prior to these roles, Jared was VP of Sales for BT Infonet. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tufts University.
