Jim Lawson

Jim Lawson, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Project Management at Catalyze since February 2024. Previously, Jim held the same title at Empower Energies, managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning and permitting, and acted as a key technical liaison among various departments. With extensive experience at CalCom Energy as Director of Project Delivery & Engineering and Senior Project Manager, Jim has demonstrated strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Further experience includes serving as Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager at Guardian Industries and positions focusing on electrical engineering and project management across multiple companies, including POM Wonderful and Industrial Electrical Company. Jim earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Fresno.
