Matt Effler serves as the Vice President of Project Development at Catalyze since September 2021, with prior roles as Director of Project Development and Senior Project Manager. As the Owner of 4Solar Consulting, LLC since October 2018, Matt leverages extensive experience in the solar industry, previously holding the position of Director of Solar Operations at Clean Energy Collective from November 2015 to August 2018, and Regional Project Developer at SunVest Solar, Inc. from April 2015 to November 2015. Additional experience includes positions as Project Manager at RGS Energy from January 2014 to March 2015 and Commercial Project Manager and Director of Business Development at Mercury Solar Systems from December 2009 to January 2014. Matt began a career in sales within the same company from September 2006 to September 2009. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Susquehanna University, with previous studies at Muhlenberg College.
