Evan Barber

Evan Barber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Senior People Team Manager at Catamount Constructors since February 2023, Evan previously held various roles in the U.S. Coast Guard, including Incident Management Officer and Operations Management Officer, where oversight included maritime law enforcement and homeland security operations across significant regions. Evan’s leadership extended to managing human resources for over 80 personnel aboard the Coast Guard Cutter VIGOROUS and instructing at the Incident Response School. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Northern Colorado.
