Nikki Knoebel

Nikki Knoebel serves as the Mayor of the Town of Oak Creek since April 2010, demonstrating a commitment to local governance and community leadership. In addition, Nikki has held the position of Director of Food & Beverage and Special Events at Catamount Ranch and Club since June 2000, showcasing expertise in hospitality and event management. Nikki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Arkansas from 1989 to 1993.
