Julien Chabas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Julien started their career as a Maintenance Technician at Schweppes in 2004 and worked there until 2008. Julien then moved on to Egis as a Supervisor from June 2008 to July 2010. Following that, they worked as a Project Manager at LuberonSolaire SARL from July 2010 to July 2012. In 2013, they had a brief stint as a Production trainee engineer at Eurocopter from October to November. Continuing their career, they joined Crown Holdings, Inc. as a methods and continuous improvement engineer from June to December 2014. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at BIO Habitat - Groupe BENETEAU as a Methods and industrialization manager, where their responsibilities included aligning resources and technical means with manufacturing objectives, launching new products, and balancing positions with takt time. Currently, they are the Production Director and Group methods and industrialization manager at CATANA GROUP since April 2019. In this role, they supervise production and support departments, monitors the production plan and performance, manages investment projects, and defines manufacturing rules and standards.
Julien Chabas pursued their education by obtaining an Engineer's degree from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs from the year 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended CRTA (Centre de Ressources de Techniques Avancées) from 2004 to 2006, where they achieved a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in the field of Mécanique industrielle et technologie de maintenance.
