Jolene Halbesleben CPIM, CPM, currently serves as an ERP Project Manager at Catania Oils since January 2023, after an extensive career at Ventura Foods spanning over two decades where roles included Purchasing Manager and SCM Business Lead. As Purchasing Manager, Jolene successfully reorganized and modernized the purchasing department to align with strategic company goals, resulting in a significant reduction in production disruptions related to materials and packaging. Jolene was also integral to the implementation of a new MRP system, conducting feasibility assessments and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the JD Edwards Enterprise One Implementation team. Earlier in their career, at Carnation Foods, Outlook Foods, and Lake Country Food, Jolene advanced from entry-level roles to management positions, leveraging expertise in facility operations and supply chain management. Jolene holds an Accounting Degree from Northcentral Technical College.
