Peter Hyde is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the foodservice industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Catania Oils since September 2019, Peter manages a national distribution network for foodservice packages. Previously, Peter worked as Area Sales Manager at Sid Wainer & Son from March 2013 to May 2019 and owned and operated Blue Moon Bistro from September 2005 to December 2012, where a 50-seat fine dining restaurant was developed, achieving annual earnings of $800K with a profit margin increase of 10%. Additionally, Peter held the position of Past President of the Cape Cod Chapter of the American Culinary Federation from 2002 to 2012, supporting local chefs in their education and certification. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a Culinary Certification from the Rhode Island School of Design.
