Gwen M. Paxon

Gwen M. Paxon, CFRE has a comprehensive work experience in fundraising and development. From 2019 until the present, Gwen has been the Vice President of Client Services at Catapult Fundraising, where they are responsible for managing and overseeing client relationships. Prior to their current role, from 2015 to 2019, they served as the Director of Annual Fund and Planned Giving at Gill St. Bernard's School. Before that, they worked as a Development Manager at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada from 2014 to 2015. Gwen also has extensive experience at Advantage Plus Consulting, where they held the position of Associate Vice President of Client Service from 2002 to 2014. Additionally, they have worked as a Special Events Coordinator at Foundation for Recovery in 2010 and as a Resource Developer at ECDC in the same year. Gwen's career has been focused on utilizing their expertise in fundraising and development to make a positive impact in various organizations.

Gwen M. Paxon, CFRE holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Temple University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Gwen M. pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Philanthropy and Development at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2012. In 2015, Gwen pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from North Park University, which they completed in 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctorate in Education (EdD) with a concentration in Leadership at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they started in 2019.
