Lanesha Pugh

Lanesha Pugh is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in academic programming and instructional coaching. Currently serving as the Area Manager of Academic Programming at Catapult Learning since March 2021, Lanesha has previously held significant roles including Educational Consultant at Harlem Village Academies and Academic Director at Explore Charter School. Additional experience includes leading instructional teams at Teach For America and Achievement First, where Lanesha focused on data-informed interventions and rigorous instructional practices. Lanesha has a strong foundation in special education as a Learning Specialist at Pittsburgh Public Schools and has achieved notable growth in student performance during previous teaching positions. Educational credentials include a Master's of Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's of Art in Elementary Education from Touro University, along with a Combined Degree in Business and Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
