Vernon Harris has extensive experience in IT administration, particularly in Remedy and Oracle systems. Currently serving as a Remedy Administrator at Catapult Technology since October 2008, Vernon Harris has utilized the Remedy 7.6 ITSM suite applications to provide support for Help Desks at the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Prior to this role, Vernon Harris worked at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) from January 1996 to December 2005, holding multiple positions including Oracle Database Administrator, where global support for database administrators was provided, and Technical Lead for the Global Status of Resources and Training System (GSORTS). Additional experience includes Help Desk/UNIX Systems Administrator and Facility Manager, supporting various systems within the Department of Defense.
