Diya Eldin Abdelmagid

Diya Eldin Abdelmagid is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in field and services engineering, project management, and systems development. Currently, serving as Team Lead Field & Services Engineer at Catapult since April 2022, Diya has been instrumental in designing and implementing Ultra-Wide Band receiver systems across APAC stadiums and ensuring their maintenance via cloud systems. Prior experience includes roles as Electrical/ELV Project Engineer with Hamad Medical Corporation, overseeing project proposals and designs for healthcare facilities, and co-founding Digital Dynamics Systems, where Diya focused on ELV and building technology systems. Additional background includes ELV/ICT Systems Projects Engineer positions at Ooredoo and project management of airport communication systems deployment. Diya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Electronics Engineering, specializing in Robotics and Automation, from Multimedia University.
