Rod Lindsell has extensive work experience in the field of athletic performance and sports science. Rod started their career in 2001 at the Australian Institute of Sport as a Strength & Conditioning Coordinator. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at the Brumbies Rugby team, initially as an Athletic Performance Coach and later as an Athletic Performance Coordinator. In 2011, they joined GPSports Systems as an Athletic Performance Specialist & Product Manager. Rod also worked as an Athletic Performance Coordinator at the Belconnen Magpies Football Club from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, Rod became the Product Director for GPSports before transitioning to Catapult in 2016, where they held various roles including Product Director for Elite Wearables and Senior Product Director for Elite Wearables. Additionally, they founded ExerciseSoftware.com and Pro Conditioning, where they developed exercise prescription software products and provided consulting services for sporting organizations.
Rod Lindsell completed their undergraduate education from 1995 to 1998 at the University of Sydney, where they received a degree in Exercise & Sports Science with a focus on Exercise Physiology. Later, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued further studies and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Sports Coaching from The University of Queensland.
