Fernanda Bandeira

Fernanda Bandeira is the Director of Finance at Catarse. Fernanda has over four years of experience in finance and administration, having previously served as the Manager of Administration and Finance at TETO - Brasil. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the planning process, coordinating revenue and expenditure projections, registering indicators, managing information, and monitoring results. Fernanda also supported the Executive and Social Direction and the Human Resources Management area in strengthening the organization's sustainable long-term structure.

Fernanda has a deep understanding of financial viability, return on investment, and project results. Fernanda ensures organizational transparency through external auditing and accountability to stakeholders. Fernanda develops and oversees financial policies, processes, and controls. Fernanda coordinates, approves, and controls the annual budget. Fernanda manages cash flow and oversees financial routines such as bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Fernanda presents financial indicators for decision-making and ensures compliance with legal and tax obligations. Additionally, they coordinate institutional risk mapping and management projects. Fernanda also manages property and office space, as well as telecommunications infrastructure.
