With extensive experience in corporate governance, Clarissa serves on the boards of multiple companies, including ArcelorMittal and Votorantim Cimentos, where roles include chairing sustainability committees. Clarissa has also held significant positions such as Senior Climate Advisor at Vale and President of the Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo e Gás. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and advanced training in sustainability and governance.
