Paul Foster

Paul Foster currently serves as a Communications & Marketing Strategist and previously held the role of Community Engagement Specialist/Public Information Officer with Catawba County Government since December 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Family Pastor at Sandy Ridge from December 2011 to December 2015, Director of Communications at TESTIMONY LIFE RESOURCES from June 2010 to July 2011, and Pastor at Anchor Church for a decade from July 2000 to May 2010. Earlier career stages include Project Supervisor at Vanguard Inc. from January 1995 to February 1997 and Graphic Communications in the United States Air Force from January 1991 to January 1995. Educational attainment includes an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic Communications from Northern Virginia Community College.
