Jason Dean has over 24 years of diverse experience with the proven ability to drive sustained revenue and profit growth across multiple organizations. His hands on, collaborative approach has led to successful positions in a variety of organizations across multiple industries. Jason leads Catawba Research in strategic planning and direction, applying his leadership skills in financial process improvement and change management to drive financial results. He has led professional teams to create, streamline and enhance Budgeting and Planning, Accounting, Cost/Pricing Strategy, and IT in both the US and abroad.

Jason Dean has direct experience developing financial reporting platforms and financial controls, rebalancing and restructuring portfolios, integrating merged and acquired companies, and driving leadership launching the financial discipline required for future growth of an organization.

Mr. Dean has a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Youngstown State University.
