Amy Marie Hollar, PharmD, MBA has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Amy Marie began their career at Mission Hospital in 2005 as a Pharmacy Resident. Amy Marie then worked at Catawba Valley Medical Center as a Clinical Pharmacist from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, they joined CaroMont Health as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager/Medication Safety Officer. After two years, they moved to Catawba Valley Health System, where they served as a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist from 2014 to 2019 and later became the Pharmacy Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Pharmacy at Catawba Valley Health System.
Amy Marie Hollar, PharmD, MBA obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1999 and 2005.
In 2018, they pursued and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Appalachian State University, concluding in 2020.
