Mark Solomons is an executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate development across technology, software, and telecom/media sectors. They previously held senior roles at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, including Managing Director and Head of West Coast Technology M&A at Morgan Stanley from 2011 to 2016. They joined the board of Adevinta as part of the merger of the classifieds business and served on the Audit, Remuneration, and Integration/Transformation board committees, and joined the board of Apollo Korea Inc. (dba G-market) as part of the sale of the Korean business. They are currently the Chairman of the Board at Catawiki and a Board Member at Grupo OLX.
