Christina Lock is the CEO and Founder of Catch Talent, a company that specializes in talent acquisition and human resources. Christina has over fifteen years of experience in the field, having worked for companies such as SPARC, LLC, Booz Allen Hamilton, The Art Institutes, and ARAMARK.

Lock began their career in 2003 as an account manager for Aerotek. Christina then transitioned to ARAMARK in 2006, where they served as a senior talent acquisition manager. In 2009, they left ARAMARK to become the assistant director of admissions for The Art Institutes.

In 2009, Lock also became a founding member of SPARC, LLC. As the VP of human resources and talent acquisition, they were instrumental in the company's growth. In five years, they helped SPARC grow from a small startup to a company with over 300 employees. SPARC was acquired by Booz Allen Hamilton in 2015.

After SPARC, Lock founded Catch Talent in 2017. Under their leadership, the company has quickly become one of the leading talent acquisition and human resources firms in the country.

Christina Lock completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Appalachian State University.
