Courtney Newman

Courtney Newman has been working in the talent acquisition industry for over 10 years. Courtney started their career as an account recruiting manager at Aerotek, where they were responsible for recruiting and staffing for a variety of clients in the aerospace and defense industries. After three years at Aerotek, Courtney joined SPARC as their director of human resources and talent acquisition. At SPARC, Courtney led a team of recruiters and helped the company grow from 50 employees to over 250 employees in just five years. In 2016, Courtney left SPARC to join Mercom Corporation as their director of human resources and talent acquisition. At Mercom, Courtney oversaw the recruitment of all technical staff, as well as the human resources department. In 2018, Courtney left Mercom to join Catch Talent as their lead technical recruiter.

Courtney Newman has a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Fashion Merchandising from the University of South Carolina. Courtney also has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHR.

Their manager is Christina Lock, CEO & Founder. They work with Dan Coombs - VP of Delivery, Michael Frommelt - Account Executive, and Chad Norman - COO & Founder.
