Paul Kiggell

Paul Kiggell is the Justice Solutions Director at Catch22, bringing over 20 years of experience in criminal justice. Previously, Paul worked at the Leicester City Youth Offending Service, first as an Assistant Youth Offending Service Officer, then as a Referral Order Coordinator, and later as Team Manager. Paul has also held leadership roles at Catch22, including Head of Service and Interim Director of Justice, where they managed operational contracts and over 300 staff. Paul earned a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor's degree in English and Leisure Studies from De Montfort University.
