Phoebe Gardner

Phoebe Gardner is a highly experienced Senior Wellbeing Practitioner at Catch22, focusing on complex cases, quality assurance, and colleague support since July 2022. Prior roles include Wellbeing Practitioner, where Phoebe supported male service users on probation, and Mental Health Support Worker at Home Group, providing care for individuals with varied mental health conditions. Phoebe also served as a Residential Support Worker at Hennessy Group, assisting young people with emotional challenges, and gained clinical experience as a Community Health Care Assistant at XL Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier volunteer experiences include fundraising roles and efforts with Rape Crisis Center, leading workshops for young girls.
