Kate Varner

Kate Varner is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and branding. Currently serving as the VP of Brand & User Experience at Catchafire since January 2017, Kate has previously held positions such as Director of User Experience at the same company and UX Director at The Archer Group. With a career beginning in 2004 at Katzenbach Partners LLC as a Senior Designer & Information Architect, Kate has accumulated expertise in customer and employee interactions, information architecture, visualization, branding, and team management. An alumna of the Maryland Institute College of Art, Kate earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design, complementing a foundational education at Villa Maria Academy and St. Anastasia.
