Kea McKoy

Kea McKoy is an experienced professional in nonprofit engagement and talent development with a robust background in leadership and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Nonprofit Engagement at Catchafire, McKoy focuses on building relationships with nonprofit members and facilitating onboarding webinars. Previous roles include Talent Development Consultant at Baltimore Corps, Chief Executive Officer at McKoy Coaching & Consulting, and Executive Director at Transformation Theatre, Inc., where McKoy successfully implemented development programs and provided leadership across various organizations.
