Rhea (Ria) Palicha

Rhea Palicha is a Social Media Strategist at IBM since February 2023, focusing on designing social strategies to engage target audiences across key channels. Rhea leads a team in developing an AI and Marketing curriculum for non-profits and explores future tech patent creation aimed at enhancing UX research through AI. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Social Media Manager and Social Media Manager at various companies, where Rhea created and executed marketing strategies, provided consultations on UX design, and contributed significantly to non-profit initiatives. Rhea has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
