Stephanie Fielder

Stephanie Fielder is an experienced leadership coach and nonprofit professional with a proven track record in fundraising and organizational development. Currently serving as a Volunteer Leadership Coach at Catchafire since October 2019, Stephanie has contributed approximately $82,000 through engagements with various nonprofits. In parallel, Stephanie Fielder Leadership Coaching has been providing coaching to nonprofit professionals, focusing on addressing current challenges and preparing for future opportunities. Prior to this, Stephanie held various leadership roles at the Muscular Dystrophy Association from June 1997 to February 2018, including Divisional Director and Vice-President of the Mid-Atlantic States, where responsibilities included leading teams to meet significant fundraising and mission goals. Stephanie holds a BS in Journalism and Business from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications and has completed extensive training in Presence Based Coaching.
